NATURAL TREATMENT FOR ACNE

 Acne is a skin condition that occurs when your hair follicles become plugged with oil and dead skin cells. It causes whiteheads, blackheads or pimples. Acne is most common among teenagers, though it affects people of all ages. Effective acne treatments are available, but acne can be persistent. Acne usually appears on the face, forehead, chest, upper back and shoulders.

  1. Apple Cider Vinegar :-  There are many benefits of Apple cider vinegar and it is known to be a cure-all for a long list of ailments, and acne symptoms is no exception. Its organic acids fight bacteria, germs and oil, while lactic and succinic acid banish inflammation and help in acne scar removal.  Mix one part of Apple cider vinegar with three parts of water, and dab on the affected areas with the help of cotton balls but make sure not to overdo this acne treatment at home.
  2. Green tea :- Probably the best acne treatment at home, it naturally reduces acne-inducing blood sugar and insulin levels. Its star ingredient EGCG (epigallocatechin-3-gallate), when applied topically, can help reduce the production of sebum, inflammation and stunts the growth of evil acnes.
  3. Honey :- The antibacterial properties of honey may also promote healing of burns and wound infections, and inhibit the growth of acnes. Before applying this Honey mask, rinse your face with warm water, Then apply the honey and leave it on the skin for 30 minutes. Rinse the honey off with warm water.
  4. Aloe Vera Gel :- There are many amazing benefits of Aloe Vera Gel . Just cut an aloe shoot into half, scrape the gel out with a spoon, and apply on the acne. Make this a regular ritual and it help in reducing the bacterial infections and acne-causing inflammation.
  5. Lemon Juice :- The simplest and most ubiquitous of ingredients, lemon juice is one of the most super effective and inexpensive at acne remedies. An astringent, exfoliant and antibacterial agent, it helps unclog the pores, remove dead skin cells and dry out active acnes.
  6. Tea Tree Oil :- There are many benefits of Tea Tree oil . It is best known for its antibacterial, antimicrobial, and anti-fungal properties, making it an easy and effective spot treatment  diluting tea tree oil in a little bit of olive oil or  jojoba oil and applying it directly on a effected area.
